Cliff Risman, Partner at Gardere Wynne Sewell and Member of the Global Alliance of Travel, Tourism, and Hospitality Attorneys (GATTHA), is scheduled to speak at the Tenth Annual Hospitality Law Conference, on February 8th. Risman is speaking on Loans and Key Money Arrangements; Subordination and Non-Disturbance Agreements.
The presentation will address the differing ways in which hotel operators use their balance sheets to contribute to the capitalization of hotel projects such as paying key money, contributing equity, making loans, and providing operating deficit guaranties and will also address the lender operator relationship as governed by subordination, non-disturbance and attornment agreements.
