Unfortunately, accidents and deaths occur at lodging properties.
Often, the property does not have a contact in the event of an emergency or death (to assist in the return of personal belongings).
I am suggesting that we strongly consider asking for this information on the registration card/electronic check in.
This information is already being collected in other countries by airlines and hotels.
