HospitalityLawyer Stephen Barth to Speak at Hospitality Law Seminar for the Eastern Region

The Hospitality Law Seminar for the Eastern Region is scheduled for June 1-2, in Baltimore, Maryland, at the Pier 5 Hotel, with additional seminars scheduled in Chicago and San Diego.  Professor Barth is the author of Hospitality Law and coauthor of Restaurant Law Basics. He is also an attorney and the founder of HospitalityLawyer.com and the annual Hospitality Law Conference series.

During his presentation “Legal Duties for Innkeepers and Restaurateurs,” he will address legal duties of care for the industry.  His presentation is a must-see for in-house counsel, operators, and attorneys representing hotels and restaurants.
