Great Topic, Stephen. I am seeing more and more of these types of cases as a plaintiff’s expert. In addition to “Magnum Martinis” and LITTs, I have just seen the “Irish Car Bomb” which has Guiness, Jameson’s and Baileys in a gruesome concoction laden with alcohol–basically the equivalent of three drinks. I am sure there are many others.

The challenge should be to scale back multiple alcohol drinks to focus on flavors, not alcohol content.
