Hi and thanks for the visit. No lawyer jokes yet.
There is a Post on my blog under Jamon Jamon where I relate the story of a food producer closed down by primesafe. In the comments section I ask if it might be possible to create a scheme whereby when a diner orders a non pasteurised cheese or a Jamon made naturally is it possible to put a very small charge on the item that makes him a part owner of the business and therefore sampling his own produce to circumvent the silly laws? Any chance?
